西部民族地区幼儿园男教师成为幼儿“重要他人”的管理策略探究

摘    要:作为影响幼儿发展的“重要他人”,男教师在幼儿社会性发展、个性品质培养、情感发展、心理健康等方面,发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是在学前教育相对落后的西部民族地区,多重压力使男教师易产生压抑感,在一定程度上会看低了这份职业的价值,成为制约男教师成为幼儿“重要他人”的重要因素。政策倾斜、角色培育、内在驱动、专业培训等管理策略,有利于推动民族地区幼儿园男教师的发展,促使其真正成为幼儿发展的“重要他人”。

Abstract:Male teachers working in the kindergarten has important educational value, whom as important others have strong influence on the growing of infants in terms of their social development, personality training, emotional development and psychological health. Rather, males teachers working at the kindergarten face great pressures, especially in the western ethnic minorities areas, which arose sense of oppressions, and to some degree, look down upon the value of being a male kindergarten teacher. The author suggests on the managing strategies such as preferential policies, role training, internal drive as well as academic training, which will promote the development of male teachers in the kindergarten for the roles playing as important others.
