| 摘 要： | 在调查宁夏南部山区生态环境与生态建设现状的基础上，利用二分类logistic回归模型对制约宁夏南部山区生态建设的关键因素进行实证分析，深入探究制约生态建设的显著性影响因素，并从加大生态建设力度、构建绿色低碳型产业结构、建立碳汇功能区等几个方面提出行之有效的对策建议，探索出一条符合宁夏南部山区发展实际的生态建设路子。

| Abstract: | Based on the research of ecological environment and ecological constructions in Ningxia Southern Mountainous areas, the author takes logistic regression model and analyzes the key factors of ecological construction in this area, as well as the restrained factors. From which, the author suggests reinforcing the ecological construction, restructuring the green low carbon industry and setting-up carbon sink function area etc. , as approaches to the ecological construction in Southern Areas in Ningxia. |
