| 摘 要： | "三农"问题是构建和谐社会过程中的热点问题.素有科学的世界观和方法论之称的马克思主义哲学,是我们认识和解决"三农"问题的钥匙.有必要在哲学的指导下,从物质观、发展观、唯物史观的角度入手,结合经济、政治、文化多种途径,合力解决"三农"问题.

| Abstract: | As the issue related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers is a hot topic for building a harmonious society,Marxist philosophy,the scientific world outlook and methodology,has become a key to our recognization and settlement in this regard.It is necessry that we should,under the guidance of Marxist philosophy,start with this issue on the basis of the outlooks on matter and development as well as materialistic interpretation of history,and take concerted actions to settle it by economic,political and cultural means. |
