摘    要:学生负担过重问题一直困扰着基础教育的发展,全面推进素质教育,必须先从"减负"开始."减负",是一个沉重的历史性话题,难就难在社会、学校、家庭在教育观、人才观、学习观等方面存在着较大差距,因此,转变思想观念,统一认识,就成了减负的前提和基础.

Abstract:Schoolchildren are always too much burdened, which has long impeded the growth of basic education. Schoolchildren's burden must be eased in order to fully implement quality-oriented education. However, schools, families and the society do not agree with each other in perspectives of education, learning and talentedness. Changing people's attitudes and narrowing their differences, therefore, constitutes the precondition for easing schoolchildren's burden.
