多元智能理论对英法“双语”教学的启示

摘    要:将多元智能理论运用于英法双语外语教学及课程改革并加以不断完善,将会使学生发挥出多元智能的潜在价值,实现英法双语教学双丰收。多元智能理论给我们多项启示:学双语不再是传统意义上的以了解外国语的基础知识和语言技能为核心的能力,而是人才知识结构多元化和各种能力综合化的具体体现;学双语不再是传统意义上跨时空用一个标准来衡量的某种特质,而是随着社会文化背景的不同而应具备的跨文化的交际能力;学双语的目的不只是具备几种语言的交际能力或以某一种语言交际能力为中心的能力,而是多种智能的综合;要把双语教学真正看做是促进学生全面发展的有效途径;学双语要注意每个个体智力结构的个性差异。

Abstract:Applied in the English-French teaching and curriculum reform and improved continually,the theory of multiple intelligences will enable the students to exert their potential ability and enable the teachers to achieve two goals of bilingual teaching. This theory inspires us from various aspects:bilingual teaching is no longer the traditional concentration on the teaching of basic knowledge and linguistic skills related to a foreign language but the development of talents'multi-dimension knowledge structure and comprehensive ability;bilingual learning is no more a conventional concept measured by a sole standard which surpasses time and space but a necessary cross-cultural communicative ability against the changing social and cultural background;the aim of bilingual learning is not to solely grasp the communicative ability in several languages or that in a certain second or foreign language but to develop the learners'multi-abilities.Bilingual teaching should be viewed as an effective approach to improving the students'all-round development,and attention should be paid to the individuals' different intellectual structure.
