| Abstract: | By analysing the Sci Tech activities and the present condition of the Sci Tech management in universities,this article suggests that universities need Tech brokers to develop the scientific research of universities,and that the Sci Tech managers should become the Tech brokers of universities.The basic qualities of a Tech broker are also expounded in the article. |
