| 摘 要： | 成功教育与培养后代子弟是晋商持续五百多年辉煌的重要原因。晋商后代子弟的教育以私塾式的家庭教育为主，分为两种类型：为入仕而准备的儒学教育和服务于商场的职业教育，并且辅之以定期和不定期的家史教育。如此的教育模式，既磨砺了子弟的品行，同时也提高了他们应对变幻莫测市场的能力，为以后的顺利接班打下了坚实的基础，延续了家族的商脉。

| Abstract: | It was a important to educate children to keep the prosperity of Jin merchants.The education carried mainly in family schools,which inclueding confucius culture education,professional education and family history education.Such a education mode helped the children to have good behaviour and trading ability to be the successors of their merchant family. |
