新时期我国政党制度建设略论

本文以“三个代表”重要思想和中共十六大报告关于加强我国政党制度建设的论述为指导 ,对当代政党制度发展变化趋势、我国政党制度的特点、完善我国政党制度建设需要进一步处理好的“五个关系”等问题进行了探讨。深化新时期政党制度建设研究 ,对于从执政党制度建设层面落实“三个代表”重要思想 ,提高党的执政能力和执政水平 ,具有不可取代的理论和实践意义

On the Construction of Political System of Party of China in the New Period

Under the guidance of the statements of political system of party in the thought of three represent's and the Report of the 16th National Congress of CPC, this thesis explores the developing tendency of present and political systems, features of political system of China so as to improve its system. Deepening the research of political system of party has very important significance of theory to the thought of Three Represent's and the administering level of CPC.
