| 摘 要： | 经济转型时期我国高等教育存在着高等教育体系及其政策环境不适应市场经济的问题，其根源主要是人们思想观念转变的困难、法律法规制定以及管理体制和运行机制的滞后。就相应对策提出建议，将有利于我国高等教育的健康发展，适应加入WTO后国际国内形势的要求。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the existing problems of higher education of our country in the period of economic transition.Its origin is mainly the difficulty that peopl e's concepts are changed and the lagging in making laws and regulations,the inc ompatibility of the management system and operating mechanism.Putting forward co untermeasures and suggestions that solve these problems is favorable for the hea lthy development of our higher education,and suitable for the needs of the situa tion home and abroad after China's entry into WTO. |
