| 摘 要： | 从文化维度看，“公民社会”只是一种处理国家、组织与个人三者关系的机制，一种社会运作体制，一种社会管理（治理）模式，一种社会建设目标。私有化、自由化、市场化、个人主义、无政府主义，是其核心价值观。无论从概念上，或是从价值观上，还是从社会实践上，都不宜把“公民社会”作为我国政治体制改革、社会建设的目标和价值取向。

| Abstract: | From cultural dimensions,civil societyis only a mechanism on regulating the relations a- mong the state,organizations and individuals,a system of social performance,a mode of social manage- ment and a target of social construction.Its key values include privatization,liberalization,marketiza- tion,individualism and anarchism.Neither in concepts or values or social practice,civil societyshould not be taken as the target of China's reform of political system and the value orientation . |
