二十年多来，随着市民社会理念的复兴，市民社会思潮表现出全球化趋向。探讨市民社会的本质也就成了普遍关注的课题。我们试图通过对市民社会概念、特征、理论脉络的分析，通过对市民社会与国家关系的回顾来讨论重建市民社会和保障个人权利的内在一致性。

On the Relations between Reconstructing Civil Society and Safeguarding Civil Rights

The ideological trend of civil society has been characterized with globalization in the past two decades. As a result it becomes one of the major tasks to explore the key nature of civil society. This paper attempts to illustrate the correspondence between reconstructing civil society and safeguarding civil rights by analyzing the concepts, features and theoretical framework concerned, and reviewing the relations between state and civil society.
