| 摘 要： | 在小说《简·爱》中,作者夏洛蒂·勃朗特溶入了大量自己的生活经历,同时也借助小说中的人物表达了自己对社会的反抗和对自由、幸福生活的向往。小说中有三个主要女性角色:简·爱、伯莎·梅森和海伦·彭斯。本文通过分析她们各自性格特点及其相互关系,指出她们三人身上都有作者本人的影子:简·爱是作者真实生活的写照;伯莎反映的是作者对于社会的不满和愤怒;而海伦梦想的天堂正是作者一直的期盼。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the psychological activities and actions of the three women characters-Jane Eyre,Helan Burns and Bartha Mason,this paper argues that they respectively represent the three different aspects of the author herself.Therefore,in a certain degree,these three characters are in fact one person-Charlotte Bronte. |
