| Abstract: | The paper expounds the necessity and possibility to train the "silver-collar" talents (means vocational talents) by private colleges and universities, and the paper points the development direction of private colleges and universities should be fixed to train the "silver-collar" talents for locality, at the same time, the paper advances and recommends the concrete proposal and successful experiment of private colleges and universities how to culture the "silver-collar" talents. |
