摘    要:个人收入分配制度改革已经纳入“十二五”规划.个人收入分配制度改革与劳动关系调整的目的具有一致性,二者存在的主要问题大体是一致的.推进这项改革的路径在于,按照“形成企业和职工利益共享机制”,调整劳动关系,理顺初次分配、再分配关系,逐步达到预期目的.
