| 摘 要： | 知识经济是以人才作为核心主体的,因而具有明显的人才资源特征。如今在我国加入WTO后,建立人才的安全保障机制已日见紧迫。对此,一种新的安全观———人才安全观,应在知识经济视野下予以建构,并成为对现实的积极回应。
