慢练即慢速练习,是指演奏者用低于作品要求的速度进行练习,它是解决快速的、节奏复杂的或复调类钢琴作品技术难点的首选有效方法,是最基本的科学练习法之一。慢练最大的优点是使人有充足的时问根据视觉、听觉反馈来的信息,调整和改正演奏上的缺点和不足,使之更加符合预定的要求和最终的演奏目标。只有正确理解了钢琴慢练的作用和意义,并把它合理地运用到钢琴学习中,才能收到良好的练琴效果,真正做到高效、科学地学习钢琴。

On Practicing Slowly in Learning Piano

Slow practice means that players practice at the speed which is slower than that of the work required.It is the primary effective method of overcoming the technical difficulties of works with fast or complicated rhythm,and also one of the basic ways of scientific practicing.The advantage of slow prac- tice is to allow people to correct the playing mistakes in ample time according to the information collect- ed from sense of sight and sense of hearing,in order to satisfy the scheduled requirement and the final goal of performance.This paper discusses the meaning of slow practice in theory,at the same time,it puts forward many examples to show that only if we correctly understand the function and the meaning of piano slow practice and put it into practice appropriately,can we learn piano in an efficient and scien- tific way.
