摘    要:组织环境因素对个体创造性的影响是目前研究中的一个焦点问题。基于内部动机和外部动机理论,研究评价、反馈和奖励对创造性的作用机制,揭示出这些人力资源激励手段通过推动或约束动机进而影响创造性。通过信息性的方式提供评价、反馈和奖励,有助于促进组织创造性机制的构建,有效激发个体的创造性。

Abstract:The influencing effect of organization's environmental factors on individual creativity is a hot issue in the research field of creativity.On the basis of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation perspectives,the paper explores the effects of evaluation,feedback and reward on creativity,and indicates that these stimulating practices influence individual's creativity through promoting or constraining motivation.Providing evaluation,feedback and reward by means of information can facilitate the construction of the organizational creativity mechanism,and effectively inspire the individual creativity.
