论西塞罗的神学立场与宗教态度

文章具体考察古罗马哲学家西塞罗的神学立场与宗教态度 ,指出西塞罗的神学立场与他晚年的哲学立场一致 ,一方面他以学园派怀疑主义的态度对以往神学观点进行研究 ,运用希腊哲学中的理性神思想对传统的、神人同形同性论的希腊罗马宗教进行批判 ;另一方面又站在有神论的立场上批评以伊壁鸠鲁学派为主的无神论思想。文章结合西塞罗本人的宗教经验对他的宗教态度进行辨析 ,指出他高度重视宗教的社会作用 ,但把传统和习俗作为宗教信仰的基础 ,又用宗教信仰作为政治、法律的合法性证明。最后结合实际 ,指出研究西塞罗宗教思想具有重要的现实意义。

On Cicero''''s Theological Position and Religious Attitude

The author gives a detailed analysis on Cicero's theological Position and religious attitude. He points out cicero's theological position is consistent with his philosophical position which is the skepticism of the old Academy. Cicero criticizes the traditional anthropomorphism in Greek and Roman religions on one hand, on the other hand, he criticizes the atheism of Epicurean school. Combined Cicero's personal religious experiences, the author examines the attitude of Cicero to religion, which he attaches the importance to the social function of religion, which based on the tradition and norms. Cicero also traces the rationality of politic and law from religious faith. At last, the author points out the realistic meaning of cicero's thought in Chinese society.
