| Abstract: | In the Spring and Autumn Periods, the county system grew with the development of wars. The Apperance of county system in the Spring and Autumn Periods was the result of the development of the city states on the one hand, and the negation of the city states themselves on the other. The county system of Chu and that of Jin were two different types. Their development was fundementally the same. |
