| 摘 要： | 文章系统地评价了我国目前能源效率与发达国家的差距及 GDP能源强度极高的原因和我国自 2 0世纪 80年代以来节能的效果 ;定量分析了能源效率提高与产业和产品结构调整对 GDP能源强度降低的贡献 ,对未来到 2 0 2 0年左右我国能源效率提高、GDP能源强度降低、减缓 CO2 排放的效果 ,以及进一步限控 CO2 排放的成本和代价进行了定量的预测和分析 ;并对正确评价我国未来减缓 CO2 排放潜力与成本等问题提出了意见和建议

| Abstract: | This paper systematically evaluates the current energy efficiency disparity between China and developed countries; assesses China's energy conservation effect from the 1980s; quantitatively analyses the contribution of energy efficiency improvement, and industry and production restructuring of the GDP energy intensity decrease; quantitatively forecasts and analyses China's energy efficiency improvement, GDP energy intensity decrease, CO 2 emission mitigation effect, and the further control of CO 2 emission cost and expense. Finally, the paper puts forward conclusions and suggestions on precise assessment of future CO 2 emission mitigation potential and cost. |
