| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析我国绿色建筑提出的背景条件、绿色建筑发展的必要性，从成本、激励、规划、寿命四方面探讨了绿色建筑发展中存在的问题及今后的工作思路，从而深刻认识我国绿色建筑发展的现状，障碍，潜力，正确把握未来的发展方向，以利科学决策和实践。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of background and are discussed necessity of the green building,the existing problems and the future working concept are discussed about costs,drive factors,programming and the life expectancy of the green building.The current situations,hindrance,potential capacity and the future developing direction of the green building development are studied in order to make a strategic decision and put it into practice. |
