| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国市场结构发生了很大改变，尤其是跨国公司的进入改变了我国的市场结构和市场竞争格局。我国应充分利用跨国公司投资这一有利契机，纠正我国市场结构的缺陷，形成有效竞争的市场结构，提高我国产业的国际竞争力，参与全球范围的垄断性竞争。

| Abstract: | From reformation and opening up of China,the market structure have changed greatly,particularly the entrance of multination enterprise changed China market structure and the situation of market competition.So we should take full advantage of this chance and correct the objection of China market structure,also form the efficient competition market structure,thereby improveing the international competition power,and participating the monopoly competition in scope of the world. |
