中美合作教育社会环境比较研究

摘    要:合作教育社会性特点十分突出,在运行中受到社会诸多因素的制约和影响。中美两国实施合作教育的社会环境存在显著差异。美国高校和企业均有高度的自主权,且政府倡导产学合作,给予经费上的支持,政策法规完善;我国则市场机制不健全,高校受学制、经费等因素困扰,企业缺乏接纳能力,政府推进力度不够。改善合作教育环境是我国发展合作教育的关键。

Abstract:Cooperative education has the obvious social feature. For that reason, it has been limited and influenced by many social factors. There are big differences between Chinese and American social environments of cooperative education. In America, institutions of higher education and enterprises have great autonomy; the government promotes cooperative education and also gives financial support; and there are correspondent laws concerning cooperative education. In China, the market mechanism is not completed; institutions of higher education are troubled by lacking finance and other factors; cooperation acceptability is not enough in enterprises; the government does not pay much attention to promote cooperative education.Improving the environment of cooperative education is the key for developing the cooperative education in China.
