| 摘 要： | 通过企业管理首先是对人力资源的充分利用和管理这一问题的论述 ,阐述了企业私有化后在注重“以人为本”管理理念的同时应着重企业员工团队的建设。从管理心理学的角度分析了企业员工团队建立共同愿景的必要性 ,及如何建立共同愿景 ,并强调企业中员工团队共同远景建设的重要性 |

| Abstract: | The paper is started from the theory that the key of enterprise management is fully utilizing and correctly managing of manpower. As the supplement of the theory, the author puts forward that the construction of team corps and building share vision has the same significance in the enterprise management, especially in the private enterprise. From the aspect of organizational psychology, the paper analyzed the necessity of construction stuff corps and common wish-perspective in the private enterprises. Author give some advice in how to construct the stuff corps and common wish-perspective in the private enterprises. |
