东乡族人口特征对其经济发展的影响

东乡族是甘肃省特有的三个少数民族之一。新中国成立后,其人口状况显示出长期高速增长、家庭规模大、受教育程度低、人口结构年轻等特征,这些特征对其经济发展产生一定程度的影响,有限资源下的人口激增导致大量东乡族人在传统生产方式下陷入贫困;文化程度低也限制了东乡族人进入现代生产方式,实现脱贫和经济发展;大家庭的生活模式一方面保证了贫困状态下东乡人的基本生活,另一方面维护了固有的生产方式;而年轻的人口结构在传统生产方式下也很难产生人口红利。

The Effection of Characteristic of The Dongxiang Nationality's Population for the Economy Development

The Dongxiang nationality is one of the peculiar ethnic minorities of Gansu Province.After the foundation of the People＇s Republic of China,Dongxiang＇s population has formed some characteristic,such as rapid increasing for several decades,large scale of the family,very low education level and young population structure.The characteristic of Dongxiang＇s population effected the economy development in some degree.Given the limited resource and the traditional mode of production,most of the Dongxiang people live very poorly because of the rapid increasing of population.The poor education obstructs Dongxiang people to enter the modern mode of production in order to be rich and develop economy.The big family help Dongxiang people survive under poor condition,but it also maintains the fixed mode of production.The young population structure is difficult to lead to Demographic dividend in the traditional mode of production.
