| 摘 要： | 采访权是体育新闻领域经常引发争议的问题,也是人们长期关注的热点之一。现实中存在行政因素和经济因素限制采访权和媒体滥用采访权两方面问题。产生问题的根本原因就是实践中缺乏对体育新闻采访权的认识。本文尝试从概念、来源、界限等方面分析体育新闻采访权,并提供一些解决问题的思路。

| Abstract: | The right of news gathering is a hot issure which often arouses disputes in sport news reporting.There are two problems in question: (1) some administrative and economic factors confine the right of newsgathering; (2) the media abuse their right of news gathering. The causes of the problems lie in the inadequateaknowledgement of the right in issue. This paper analizes the right of sport news reporting in view of the termitself, its origin and the confinement of its practice. Some solutions to the problems are also provided in thepaper. |
