| Abstract: | For the rich varieties and striking specialties,the file information resources of universities need a special care.It is believed that it could be of great significance to take into consideration the good management and utilization of file information resources of universities with regard to the formation,uniqueness and educational levels of their requiring subjects so as to meet the needs required and promote the efficiency of the management of universities. |
