| 摘 要： | 地方本科院校的法学本科教育培养目标应当是＂培养符合法律职业要求的应用型人才＂,为了实现该培养目标,既要重视传授专业理论,也必须重视职业能力的培养。法学专业本科阶段的通识教育要为全面实现专业培养目标服务,要在重视理论教学的前提下加大实践教学的力度。

| Abstract: | The training objective of undergraduate education of law in a local university should be ＂to cultivate practical talents conformable to requirements of legal profession＂.In order to achieve the objective,both the teaching of specialized theory and the developing of professional ability should be focused on.The general undergraduate education of law science major is subject to the realization of professional training objectives and practical teaching should be strengthened on the premise that theoretic teaching is appreciated. |
