| Abstract: | According to the current problems which hinder the development of independent colleges,and combining with the inherent requirements of the Scientific Outlook on Development,this paper puts forward some constructive ideas and measures on how to apply the Scientific Outlook on Development and promote independent colleges' development faster and better from the four aspects of campus building,team building,discipline construction and employment system construction as well. |
