| 摘 要： | 高校传统的心理咨询模式因其固有的缺陷,逐渐受到大学生们的诟病。而网络心理咨询作为一种新兴的心理咨询模式,因其服务形式的多样性、开放性、便捷性、匿名性受到大学生们的热烈欢迎,也受到越来越多研究者的关注。作为高校心理健康教育工作者,要合理利用网络心理咨询,扬长避短,增强高校心理健康教育的实效性。
