| 摘 要： | 在当今权利时代的背景下,国内的一些学者把源自国外的权利政治概念用来描述国际国内政治法律发展的新趋势.但是,何谓权利政治是-个仍需要深入讨论的问题.权利政治的基本特征是:人权理论成为治国理政的基本原则,权利话语成为主流的政治话语,保障人权构成制度变革的重要目标,争取和维护民权的运动构成政治实践的新景象.为了避免不同范畴之间的混淆,必须把权利政治与民主、法治、宪政、有限政治等相关范畴区分开来.
