| 摘 要： | 从3个层面研究人力资本投资对技术吸收能力的影响，指出人力资本教育投资对于实现技术创新、产业升级的重要意义，比较大连市与其他服务外包基地城市的人力资本教育投资状况，并针对大连市的比较劣势提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | The paper discussed the influences of human capital investment on technology absorptive capability from three levels and pointed out the significance of educational investment for technological progress and industrial upgrade.It compared Dalian with other base cities of service outsourcing in terms of educational investment,and figured out some suggestions on the basis of the comparative disadvantage. |
