| 摘 要： | 为保证实践的成功 ,人在理论付诸实践之前 ,总要对其进行预先检验 ,而不可能坐等实践来检验 ,因实践检验虽能检验出理论正确与否 ,但却是事后检验 ,待检验结果出来时 ,木已成舟 ,成为既成事实 ,起不到防错就正、助成避败的作用。基础理论与应用理论的预先检验方法不同。

| Abstract: | To ensure the success of practice, people have to pretest before theory is put into practice. It is impossible to wait to be tested by practice although after test can test a theory. It is a test after the result comes out. The test methods of basic theory and applied theory are different. |
