| Abstract: | Because of his broad and deep thought as well as his lofty education principles, Confucius is regarded as a great thinker and educator. Meanwhile, Mencius gave him the name of "the saint of his time". The paper argues that his rich and colorful personality and characters are well revealed in The Analects of Confucius. |
