| 摘 要： | 管理伦理的研究是适应社会发展的需要而兴起的.国外自20世纪50、60年代兴起,我国自80年代兴起,到现在都已取得了较大的进展和较为丰富的成果.研究内容上也表现出不同的特点.但都缺乏总体性的视角,研究方法也必须转换,尤其是应该结合伦理管理实践.

| Abstract: | The studies of administrative ethics came into existence with the demand of social development. Since its rise in the 20th century in the 50s and 60s abroad, and in the 80s in China, there have been great advancement and significant achievements up to now with varied characteristics in the content of research subjects. However, because of the lack of an overall perspective, it is necessary to make a change in the research methods so to keep them in line with the special practice of ethical administration work. |
