试论WTO与高等职业教育的改革与发展

WTO法律与教育直接有关的内容在《服务贸易总协定》中。加入WTO使我国高等职业教育面临新的发展机遇和挑战。只有熟知WTO有关教育服务的规定 ,加快改革步伐 ,才能促进我国高等职业教育的更大发展。为此 ,要顺应世界高教改革的潮流 ,坚定发展高等职业教育的信心 ,明确本科教育的类型结构改革是办好高等职业教育的关键。要树立国际意识 ,加强国际交流与合作 ,引进国外优质教育资源 ,在教学上逐步向国际标准靠拢 ,职业资格证书的推行也要与国际接轨。要加强专业建设 ,不断提高人才培养质量。要以人才培养模式的改革为核心 ,加强教学基本建设 ,办出高等职业教育的特色

On WTO and Reform & Development of Higher Vocational Education

In the law frame of WTO,there are the contents relevant to education in General Agreement on Trade of Service (GATS). China's entry to WTO offers the new opportunity of development and challenge before Higher vocational Education (HPE) of China. Only by familiarizing ourselves with the regulations on education service of WTO and speeding up the pace of reform, can HVE in China be greatly developed. Therefore, the key point in developing HVE is to comply with the reform trend of HVE in the world, to strongthen the confidence in developing HVE, and to know the type of reform and structure in undergraduate education. It's also necessary to have international consciousness, to further international exchange and cooperation, to introduce the best quality teaching resources from abroad, to achieve the international teaching standards step by step, and to push professional certificates of qualifications in compliance with the request of the world. Furthermore, it's very vital to strengthen the construction of specialities, to increase the qualities of talents, to view the mode reform in cultivating talents as the core, to enhance the basic construction of teaching and to embody the features of HVE.
