| 摘 要： | 性教育与提高青少年人口素质密切相关。目前我国通过正式途径的性教育严重滞后 ,导致出现一系列问题 ,影响到青少年人口素质的全面提高。因此 ,必须加强对青少年的性教育 :第一 ,转变观念 ,以平常心对待性 ;第二 ,家庭、学校、社会结合 ,教育形式多样 ;第三 ,落实负责机构 ,加大管理力度

| Abstract: | There is a close correlation between sex education and adolescents' population quality. approaches to sex education are inadequate, which have resulted in a series of problems to prevent the improvement in adolescents' population quality and have demanded an urgent need to the issue. But how will we cope with it? The authors think stress shall be given to the followings: A. To transform our old concept of sex, which shall be regarded easily; B. To organize the education with a variety of approaches with the cooperation of families, schools, and the society; C. To appoint definitely organization(s) in charge of the issue to effectuate it. |
