| 摘 要： | 最近,日美联手在国际上掀起了迫使人民币升值的浪潮,但我国外汇市场上汇率的变动不能反映真实供求的变化,由于存在结构性经常项目顺差、转轨时期经济发展的特殊性,保持人民币汇率稳定应是当务之急。

| Abstract: | Recently, a worldwide trend to revalue RMB has been caused by US and Japanese which leads to global pressure,but the exchang rate cannot reflect true change of demand and supply in foreign exchange market, it is necessary to keep the stability of RMB rate for structural current item surplus and the particularity of economy development in period of economy translation. |
