| 摘 要： | 我国高校自扩招以来，大学生的就业问题越来越严峻，尤其是女大学生在就业中遇到的问题更为突出。分析了女大学生就业现状及其特点、女大学生就业问题出现的原因，并对女大学生的就业问题提出相应的对策。

The paper analyzes the status, characteristics and causes for female college students＇ employment difficulty. Some countermeasures are proposed based on the analysis. |
