| 摘 要： | 当前职业院校教师的职业角色冲突是多层面的。对这一状况既要看到它具有一定的积极意义，更要看到它的负面效应；而导致职业院校教师职业角色冲突的原因也是多方面的，既有职业教育转型发展的原因，又有相关他人角色期望的原因，还有职业院校教师个人的原因。
