盐城市乡村人居环境发展中的存在问题及对策研究

阐述了盐城市乡村人居环境发展的现状及存在问题。认为由于建设规划缺乏科学性、建造标准过低、建造技术落后等原因,盐城市的乡村人居环境仍处于低水平、低品质的状态之中。从政策、技术等多方面对盐城市乡村人居环境存在的问题进行针对性研究,重点解决乡村住宅建设、农民适度集中居住、乡村基础设施建设、乡村环境管理长效机制建立等问题。

Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Rural Living Environment in Yancheng

The paper studies the current situation and problems of the rural living environment of Yancheng.Due to the lack of scientific construction plan,low construction standard and backward construction technology,the rural living environment of Yancheng is still characterized by low level and quality.Therefore,the paper focuses on the problems of rural residential construction,rural housing,rural infrastructure construction,and the establishment of the management mechanism of rural environment from the aspects of policy and techniques.
