| 摘 要： | 创新型人才是自主创新的核心力量,是实现经济又好又快发展的重要载体。加强我市创新型人才队伍建设,对于促进＂创新驱动、人才立市＂战略的顺利实施,推进＂跨越发展、转型升级＂进程、建设创新型连云港,具有十分重要的意义。为此摸清我市创新型人才队伍建设家底,分析人才队伍现状问题,有针对性的加强创新型人才队伍建设是当前颇为重要要的研究任务。

| Abstract: | Innovative talents are the core strength of independent innovation and team leader of professional technical talents,the important carrier of sound and rapid economic development.Strengthening the construction of innovative talents in our city is of great significance to promote the smooth implementation of the＂innovation-driven,talent sets up the city＂strategy,push forward the＂leapfrog development,transformation and upgrading＂process,and construct the innovative Lian Yun Gang.Therefore,the current important task is to investigate the innovative talents construction condition in our city,analyze the present situation of talent team issues,and adopt targeted actions to strengthen the construction of innovative talents. |
