结构化实践模式在儿科临床带教中的应用

摘    要:采用阶段临床考核成绩、问卷调查和评价表的形式,探讨了结构化实践模式在儿科临床带教中的的应用效果。采用结构化实践模式带教以后,学生阶段临床考核成绩达89.61±12.57分,优于传统的带教模式。在具体的评价指标里,注意培养学生的动手能力、注意加强临床思维能力的训练、注意培养学生的医患沟通能力的评分分别为(4.69±0.47)、(4.70±0.79)、(4.62±0.78),均优于传统的带教模式。

Abstract:By adopting periodical assessment on clinical performance,questionnaire survey and rating form,the paper discusses the application effect of structured practice pattern in pediatric clinical teaching.The results show that student can achieve improvement in scores as 89.61±12.57in this pattern.Their practical ability,clinical thinking ability and communicative ability got enhancement,going respectively(4.69± 0.47),(4.70±0.79)and(4.62±0.78),all is above the traditional teaching patterns.
