| 摘 要： | 以2009年至2011年安徽省某高职院校的大二学生为样本,进行连续三年的跟踪调查,结果显示高职学生就业择业观总体变化不大,就业择业观较为正面,基本反映了社会需求的真实情况,但仍存在就业主动性不够,就业指导教学模式和就业帮扶机制不健全等方面的问题,因此,高职学生就业指导需要丰富高职学生就业指导的内容,加强对学生创业意识的培养;创新就业指导的教学模式,改革教学方法;加大对家庭经济困难的帮扶力度,建立健全就业帮扶保障机制;完善高职学生就业渠道,建立健全适合高职学生特点的就业指导体系。

| Abstract: | Taking sophomore students from 2009to 2011of a vocational college in Anhui province as the sample,three years of tracking survey was made.The survey shows that there is less change in the students’employment perspectives,which are relatively positive.It basically reflects the real need of society,but it is lack of initiative,and the instruction mode and assistance is not sufficient.It is necessary to enrich the content of employment guidance,strengthen the entrepreneurial awareness,reform the instruction mode,and improve the support and guarantee mechanism,working out the guiding system suitable for higher vocational college students. |
