| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育的不断发展和高等院校教学水平的不断提高,高校实验室建设的重要性日益凸显。如何更好地利用实验室教学资源是目前值得人们深思的一个重要课题。阐述了当前高校实验室在管理制度、师资队伍建设及实验设备和实验教学管理等方面所存在的一些普遍问题,并提出相应的建议和对策。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of universities and the improvement of teaching level, the im-portance of laboratory construction in colleges and universities has drawn much concern. How to make good use of the lab resources is an important topic for discussion. The paper elaborated some existing problems in personnel allocation, experimental equipments and teaching management of some labs, and proposed the corresponding measures. |
