高校班级二维管理模式创新研究——以南京林业大学轻工科学与工程学院为例

当前高校的班级管理模式存在诸多问题,在对＂班主任制＂和＂班导师制＂这两种单一管理模式进行解析的基础上,以南京林业大学轻工科学与工程学院为例,阐述了高校班级＂班主任＋班导师＂二维管理模式的具体实施方法,通过对新的管理模式带来影响的分析论证了其有效性,并进一步提出了完善和健全新的管理模式的途径及方法,从而达到更有效的对高校班级进行管理的目的。

Innovation on Two-Dimensional Management Mode of College Classes：A Case from Nanjing Forestry University

Lots of problems are still left to solve in previous class management in colleges.Based on the analysis of two unitary management modes,＂head teacher system＂and＂tutor system＂,this paper elaborates the implementation of two-dimensional management mode of＂head teacher plus tutor system＂by taking Light Industry Science and Engineering College of Nanjing Forestry University as an example.The validity of this new mode is proved and access to improvement is illustrated so as to achieve more effective class management.
