| 摘 要： | 心理委员在高校心理健康教育中负有重要使命。在积极心理学理念的指导下，高校心理健康教育应进一步明确心理委员的工作对象、职责、方法、内容，增强心理委员自我效能感，培养心理委员积极的人格品质，实现心理健康教育由消极向积极的转变，构建高校心理委员工作积极模式。

With the guidance of positive psychology, the psychology commissioner should be clear a-bout their working objects, duties, methods, and contents.
