| 摘 要： | 创新自我效能感是指个体对自己从事特定任务是否具有产生创新性产品的能力与信念的自我评价。它为个体创新行为的研究提供了一个全新的视角。结合目前理论研究的现状,阐述了创新自我效能感的概念,对测量和影响因素等方面进行了述评,提出了目前研究的不足之处,探讨了该领域的研究前景。

| Abstract: | Innovative self-efficacy refers to the self-evaluation resulting from individuals’ability to produce innovative products and faith or not when they do specific tasks.It provides a new perspective for the research of individual innovative behavior.Based on the current situation of theoretical research,this paper reviews the concept of the innovative self-efficacy,its measurement and its influencing factors and puts forward the deficiencies and prospects of the research in this field. |
