| 摘 要： | 培养创新人才是国家确定的人才培养目标。在学生＂创先争优＂活动中,要科学把握学生成长规律、密切联系学生成长、结合本科、研究生学生特点,加强分类指导,科学设计活动内容,充分调动教师参与人才培养的积极性,为学生搭建全方位的师生交流平台,为创新型人才培养体系的构建进行了有益探索。

| Abstract: | The training of innovative talent is the objective of national talent cultivation. In the activity of ＂Competing for Advancement and Excellence＂ among students, it is suggested to follow the students＇ de-veloping laws, make close contact with the parents, enhance various instructions according to the under-graduate and graduate＇s reality, design the activity scientifically, attract the teachers to participate, and create more chances for teacher-student communication. |
