| 摘 要： | 坚持＂以人为本＂是时代的要求,也是高校自身和谐建设的需求。高校思政课教学坚持＂以人为本＂是对传统思想政治理论课教学理念的超越,它要求思政课教学必须提升教师自身素质,理解、关心和爱护学生,不断创新以人为本的教学途径和方法。
